Making a difference
Dear Contributor,
You see the value of this project and the potential global impact that it has. The core ideas of this project are Know, Connect, & Heal. The core values are Trust, Connection and Hope. This is a large undertaking and we as black people are all we have. Anyone who contributes is voting with their money for change and help for Black People worldwide. This helps fund all of the behind the scenes work that happens including but not limited to, the time of support staff and collaborators, equipment and production costs, as well as expansion as the scope of the project is revealed.
People who have spent real time and money developing their skills and are giving their time to make this project impactful and relevant. Each ACT will have a core theme, and the people working to support it will reflect that. In ACT One: Sister, I am working to bring in Black Women, to make sure I don’t mess up. They have experience, context and perspective that I simply do not. So I will rely on their expertise and input to help shape this portion of the project. In our appeal for collaborators, we have asked for them to list their hourly/daily/weekly compensation and/or flat fees for their services, in order to be able to appropriately gift for their input and participation. From HMUAs to consultants and assistant producers. We want to create real life changing content, while continually building trust with those working with us. You can help by contributing.
